1. How long does it take to have a website designed?

3. What are the steps involved in the web design process?
Once you contact us through email or one of the forms. We will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours. Then you can communicate with us with more information for the website.
At this stage we would request your content and images etc. The look and feel will be finalised and the functionalities defined.
We will then design and build the site. Upload it on our server and test the functionalities. Once you are happy with the finished product we will upload it to your web host.

Yes we can. Your users can either order directly from your catalogue, or if you offer a service, they can select the services they are interested in and submit an online form directly to your e-mail address so that you will always be informed of orders or new leads.
6. I need more visitors to come to my website. How can you help me?

7. What are your payment terms? How does the payment process work? (This applies only to packages above the $499 range)
First, choose one of our readymade packages here provide the details on your project. If your project does not fit into any of our packages we will give you a free no obligation quotes once your requirements are known.
From there, you may elect to commission our services and have us begin work on your website. Once the design and layout is complete, we will require one third of the payment that was agreed upon. We will then begin adding content and programming features (if any) that you have requested.
Once the programming is complete and the content has been added, we will upload it onto our web server. At this stage we will test the site to make sure it works properly. The rest of the two third payment is then required before we will upload your site to its designated web host.
Upon receipt of your final payment, your site and all accompanying images, programming and content will be uploaded to your chosen web host. If you have already registered a domain name, it will now point to your new website. If you don’t have a domain name contact us and we will organise one for you.
Finally, we will show you how to access your statistics to analyze your traffic.
8. How do you accept payment?
